HOSE stands for 4 different poker styles: Holdem, Omaha, Stud, and Eight or Better.

If you are a poker enthusiast for all types of poker and want to experience playing different poker game varieties, then the HOSE Game may be your next poker challenge.

The general guidelines for a HOSE game is that different poker game variations are played between players at a single table. The general rules may be that there is a change in the poker game type for every 10 hands played in one type of poker before another poker game type is played. Another guideline is to switch the poker game type every half hour.

You won't find this poker game offered at all the Casino's in Vegas, just some of them.

The Monte Carlo is one such casino. They have HOSE games every Thursday evening. Sometimes they have 2 poker HOSE tables on that night, depending on interest.

We would only suggest you sign up for a HOSE game if you are already familiar with the different styles of poker games. Otherwise, stick to the poker game you have learned.
