The $130 Limit-hold'em tournament, with unlimited $40 re-buys during the first level, donated 50% of revenues received to the family, 25% to 1st, 15% to 2nd, and 10% to 3rd place. Matt Savage donated his time as tournament director, Mason Malmuth donated books, and Susie Isaacs donated a jewelry prize. They all also bought seats in the tournament and played. Ms. Harris spoke to those who attended, "Thank you for joining Dennis's extended poker family in a tournament to honor his service to our industry and his commitment to excellence, both personally and professionally, this is last-minute, but your response has been overwhelming. It means a lot to us. Dennis will be missed." Mrs. Dennis Jackson also took the stand to convey how touched their entire family was and also to thank everyone for being so supprtive. A Dennis Jackson Memorial Fund has been set up at Nevada State Bank.
